Too Countless to List Them All! Located in beautiful North Topsail Beach, North Carolina, Villa Capriani brings luxury to Topsail Island. The Villa Capriani is a condominium complex where each unit is privately owned. The Villa is located oceanfront where the water temperatures are warm enough to swim and play May through October. Every unit in the Villa Capriani offers a view of the ocean.
We have been vacationing at the Villa Capriani for over 20 years now, and have enjoyed every minute that we spend there. We love that we can relax on the beach, or just hang out at one of the three pools or in one of the hot tubs. Having a great restaurant and bar on site is also an added bonus. Some of our greatest memories are the beautiful sunsets and our long ocean walks as a family. We really did find a little slice of heaven at Villa Capriani! ~ From a Frequent Guest
