Guests and Homeowners must have an amenity access wristband to gain access to the Courtyard area where the pools are located and to return from the beach using the Villa Capriani private beach access. Where is the closest public beach access? Public beach access can be found on both sides of the villa: on the north side, the public beach access is between the first two yellow houses and on the south side, the public beach access is between the first and second house. The beach access between the Villa and the first yellow house is private. From the beach, the public beach access is marked with a green numbered sign. Where is the easiest access to the beach for a bicycle or jogging stroller, etc.? The access with the least number of steps is on the north side of the Villa between the first and second yellow houses.

Beach chairs and umbrellas are available to rent at the Villa Capriani through North Topsail Beach Service. Chairs and umbrellas can be requested for delivery starting in April through the end of October, weather permitting. Included with the rental fee is daily beach set up and breakdown. In addition, North Topsail Beach Service offers surfboards, paddle boards, tents, bikes, kayaks, beach wheelchairs and more with delivery to all 3 towns on Topsail Island. Fishing : Fishing options include the beach, the intracoastal waterway and on a deep-sea boat. You can also fish at the nearby SeaView Fishing Pier, which conveniently stocks bait and other fishing gear. Golf : Enjoy a round at North Shore Count r y Club just across the brid g e from the Villa. Bike/Kayak Rental : You can rent bikes, kayaks, and canoes from several shops on Topsail Island. Parks and Playgrounds : There is a playground at the North Topsail Beach Town Park. The Park is located less than 1 mile from the Villa Capriani at 465 New River Inlet Road across from Onslow County Beach Access # 4. Paddle Board and Surf Lessons : Available from several surf schools on Topsail Island. Turtles : One of the many things that make Topsail Island special is its affinity toward sea turtles. The island is one of the most northern nesting sites in the world where loggerhead turtles come annually to lay their eggs. That, along with the only sea turtle hospital in North Carolina, the Karen Beasley Sea Turtle Rescue and Rehabilitation Center, makes the island an instant hit among sea turtle enthusiasts of all ages. The Villa Capriani has 3 pools, 2 hot tubs and a baby pool. The Villa boasts the largest swimming pool on the North Carolina Coast. Pool hours of operation are 9am to 11pm The pools are open April 1st until the end of October every year The hot tubs are open year-round

There are two main parking lots on the A and B sides of the Villa reserved for renters, owners, and owner’s guests. An overflow parking lot is also available across the street. All cars must have a parking pass to park in the main and overflow lots. Rental agencies will provide renters with 2 parking passes per unit. If additional parking passes are required they may be purchased for the length of your stay for $10 each at the front desk. There is a $10 replacement charge for lost or stolen parking passes. Please contact your rental agent to purchase a replacement parking passes. Note: Restaurant visitors may park in the overflow lot only and are not required to have a parking pass.

Are pets allowed? Only Owners and immediate family of an owner are allowed to have pets on the complex or in the units. Homeowner guests, renters, and renter’s guests are not permitted to have pets on the Villa Capriani property or inside units. Homeowners who have pets on the property will need to wear a visible homeowner wristband to show they are authorized to have a pet on the property. Pets are not allowed in the Pool/Courtyard area. Pets cannot be carried though the courtyard area.

The facilities at the Villa are for the use of renters, owners, and owner’s guests only. Guests of renters are not allowed access to the courtyard and pool area. Every guest or homeowner must wear a visible amenity access wristband in the courtyard/pool area. Infants (0 to 12 months old) are not required to wear wristbands. A RFID amenity access wristband is required to gain access to the courtyard area where the pools are located and to return from the beach using the Villa Capriani private beach access. Wristbands for the rental units will be provided by the rental agencies upon check-in based on the number of registered guests not to exceed the unit sleeping capacity. There is a $25 replacement charge for lost or stolen amenity access wristbands. Please contact your rental agent to purchase replacement wristbands.
